What you can expect...
This is a 4-week group coaching journey hosted via weekly Zoom sessions. Which means you’ll be joined by like-minded people who will quickly become your friends, inspirations and cheerleaders.
You’ll be given lifetime access to our training portal and group chats with direct access to me for private messages for the duration of the program.
Calls will be live and it’s best if you can attend each one, but if you happen to miss one, the replay will be shared the next day so you can easily catch up.
There are limited spaces for each program so you will not be lost in a sea of faces. We have designed this program to be intimate so there will be a maximum of 20 people in each group.
4hr weekly group calls
These calls will include group coaching, activations and some reflection work.
Daily activations and journaling
Each day you will be sent a daily activation notification from the portal to complete.
